By using DailySync ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

DailySync is a personalized news briefing service. We use AI to generate news summaries based on topics you choose and deliver them to your email. The Service includes the Daily Brief (scheduled morning emails) and Instant Brief (on-demand research).

2. Your Account

You need an account to use DailySync. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit topics designed to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service

4. Content

Your content. Topics and preferences you provide remain yours. We use them solely to operate the Service.

Generated content. News briefs are AI-generated summaries of publicly available information. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You should verify any information before relying on it for decisions.

5. Usage Limits

The Service may impose limits on usage, including the number of Instant Briefs per day and the number of topics you can add. These limits may change as the Service evolves.

6. Availability

We aim to keep DailySync available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will try to give notice for planned downtime.

7. Free Service

DailySync is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change pricing in the future. If we do, existing free functionality will not be removed without notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content, news source availability, or email delivery failures beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
